How does the founding price lock work?
The first 50 seats are founder seats. Beta contributors and founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay subscribed — $24.97/mo for founding members, locked below the standard $49.97/mo Premium price — even as standard pricing applies to everyone after them.
What happens on September 14, 2026?
Standard plans open to the public: Study at $14.97/mo for learning and cert prep, Solo at $29.97/mo for live incident command, and Premium at $49.97/mo for multi-agency and JIC operations. Founder seats keep their locked rate.
Can our agency pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. Government purchasing is who we build for — talk to us about POs, invoicing, and your procurement process, and review the EULA and Government Entity Addendum with your counsel.
Is there a contract or can we cancel anytime?
Plans are month-to-month; the full terms live in the EULA and, for public agencies, the Government Entity Addendum.
