How does the founding price lock work?
The first 50 seats are founder seats. Beta contributors and founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay subscribed. Founding members lock $24.97/mo for life, and that rate holds even as standard pricing applies to everyone who joins after them.
What happens on September 14, 2026?
Standard plans open to the public: Study for learning and cert prep, Solo for live incident command, and Premium for multi-agency and JIC operations. Pricing will be announced ahead of launch. Founder seats keep their locked rate.
Can our agency pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. Government purchasing is who we build for — talk to us about POs, invoicing, and your procurement process, and review the EULA and Government Entity Addendum with your counsel.
Is there a contract or can we cancel anytime?
Plans are month-to-month; the full terms live in the EULA and, for public agencies, the Government Entity Addendum.
